We're seeking an administrator. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support across our complete business platform including: Projects, Operations and Accounts.
Main Duties: [Not exclusive]
Fielding incoming telephone calls and routing accordingly.
Taking and recording initial client enquiries.
Chasing down information for forthcoming projects.
Assisting in the general administration of projects.
Assisting marketing with promotional campaigns.
Maintaining client and supplier databases.
Updating/modifying our Excel based Projects Management System.
Placing equipment/consumable orders with suppliers.
Assisting accounts with analysing/quantifying daily work reports.
Assisting in the logistical planning of the projects workload and the creation of the ‘call’ sheet.
A natural, discerning commitment to client service.
Comfortable, friendly telephone manner and client facing skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks
Computer literate and accustomed to using Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, AutoCAD and Zero.
Good numerical skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Able to work to exacting deadlines.
Diligent administrative and organisational skills.
An interest in the live events industry.
A natural appreciation and desire for delivering a friendly and professional service.
Able to work as part of a small team and at times upon own initiative.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday.
0830hrs – 1700hrs.
Half hour lunch break.
Commensurate salary circa £17k pa subject to experience.
28 days annual paid holiday including bank holidays.
