Practical Advice

Once we have discussed your ideas and have gained a good understanding of what you are looking to achieve we will be pleased to provide practical ideas and advice for best use.

We have extensive hands on experience in the use of our products and their integration with complementary presentational equipment.

Schematic Design

Taking the above into account and the venue parameters we will be pleased to provide an initial outline scheme design.

Stage Prop Design and Creation

We are constantly designing and creating new stage props to add to our collection. We also undertake individual prop commissions.  

Concept Visualisation

Producing a visual interpretation of a new idea is an essential tool for communicating a concept to both the client and the various other parties involved with a project. Hand or computer generated we will be pleased to assist in the production of concept visualisations.

Equipment Specifying & Quantifying

Once we have a comprehensive understanding of the project and the venue we will be pleased to specify the necessary equipment required.

Equipment Checks

All equipment will be inspected and quantified prior to collection or despatch.

Operational Notes

We produce and provide operational notes for use if our equipment when being dry hired.

Project Planning & Management

We are accustomed to working to short lead times and equally short deadlines for the installation and removal of our products.

Experience has taught us that the only way we can confidently and successfully provide our services to exacting production deadlines is to be fully prepared and organised. Before going to site we carefully consider and factor in – the project time frame, the required equipment quantities, contingency equipment, equipment transportation and handling, crew levels and crew management, the available working space, the installation and removal sequence, and our crews welfare.

Project Monitoring

All projects are internally monitored via our ‘job log’ which is filled out at each stage of the project. Continuous, post project analysis allows us to make any necessary adjustments to both our operational and equipment standards.

Environmental Responsibility

We acknowledge that we have a responsibility to minimise the impact upon the environment whilst providing our products and services. Progressively we are adopting new technology, developing more efficient working practices, minimising transportation and re-cycling whenever possible in order to negate our impact upon the environment.
